Changed your mind? Not to worry! Refunds are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date.

If you choose to return an item(s) due to a change of mind, you will be provided with an address to return the item(s). You will incur a return postage fee, determined by your local PO. Please note, Lovisa is not responsible for this fee.

A refund will not be granted for earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, face masks and gift cards if returned for change of mind reasons. Checkout our Returns Policy for more information.

To get started, you'll need to submit a request via our team, [email protected]. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps regarding your return.

Please note: All online returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed. Original shipping fees are not refunded when items are returned for change of mind reasons.
